Originally hosted by Construction Youth Trust, the Campaign quickly gained momentum, supported by a dedicated steering group of industry leaders and supporters. Over four years, it raised more than £160,000 to help inspire young people to explore rewarding careers within the industry.
As the Campaign grew, it transitioned into an independent Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), becoming The Maddie Rose Foundation. This new structure provides greater autonomy, stronger governance, and the ability to expand fundraising, partnerships, and long-term programmes tailored to the needs of the sector.
Today, while continuing to work closely with Construction Youth Trust, the Foundation remains focused on supporting the next generation and creating opportunities within the industry Maddie cared so deeply about. Her legacy lives on through every young person inspired and every career supported.
