The Maddie Rose Foundation works with commercial partners to raise funds, increase awareness and create positive opportunities for young people entering the building materials sector.
To ensure that all commercial fundraising is lawful, transparent and in the public interest, the Foundation requires a Commercial Participation Agreement to be in place before any activity begins.
This reflects our responsibilities as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and our commitment to high standards of governance and fundraising practice.

Clarifies responsibility for the fundraising activity and protects the charity from loss arising from non‑compliance or misuse of its name.
Ensures any confidential or commercially sensitive information is protected.
Confirms that the agreement does not create a partnership, agency or joint venture and that each party acts independently.
States that the agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
